Overview

This pump is a perfect combination of new technology coupled with the old. The SunStroke model TXAM is the only dual head solar pump that can pump 2 different chemicals at 2 different rates at the same time. Eliminating the need for 2 pumps. The injection heads are a tried and proven design that everyone is familiar with, and easy to maintain. This is an extremely rugged workhorse for the oilpatch that will keep your wells from hydrating in the most extreme conditions. The timer is digital and has only 2 setting to worry about. Cycles per minute and length of each cycle.

Overview

Solar Powered chemical pumps that are emission free, extremely reliable and with a very long life. Injection pressures up to 1100 psi for CBM wells and 2500 psi. for conventional wells. Materials available include Stainless Steel with any type of seals to be compatible with chemicals pumped. Tanks are mounted at ground level to avoid safety issues related to climbing ladders.

Injection Rates

Low pressure, low rate, chemical pumps capable of under 1 liter per day at 5 injections per minute, to higher rates of 125 liters per day at 125 injections per minute, making these units ideal for most applications. High pressure, high rate, chemical pumps capable
of up to 3 liters per minute at 2500 psi. Pumps are designed for your specific application. The amount of panels and batteries are determined by: Pressure, volume pumped of chemical, geographic location and battery autonomy desired.

Options

Skid units are available. Tanks are mounted to suit customer needs IE: Metal or plastic Double or single wall, with or without containment. Temperature control to shut off pumps to save chemical. Level control to shut off pump if tank empties.
